Your phone, answered when you can’t pick up.
We set up the AI receptionist Long Island businesses need for after hours and the rush: it answers in your business’s name, books what it can, hands off what it can’t, and logs every call in your CRM. Set up and kept up by a local team, not an app you have to figure out on your own.
It answers
In your business’s name, with your real hours, services and prices.
It books or captures
Appointments go on your calendar. Quote requests arrive with the details you need.
It hands off
A warm transfer or a text to whoever is on call when a person needs to take it.
The phone rings at the worst possible time.
On a ladder. Mid-haircut. With a customer at the counter. At 9 p.m. on a Saturday. In one study of 16.7 million missed calls, 69% got no callback within 48 hours. Plenty of callers don’t wait around. They call the next business on the list.Source: Quo analysis of 16.7M missed calls, 2026
After hours
Nights, weekends and holidays, when the office is closed but people still need you.
At rush
Monday mornings, lunch, the first cold snap. Every line rings at once.
On the job
You and your crew are busy working. The caller still wants an answer now.
AI receptionist Long Island setup: what we build
Built around how your business actually runs, then tested with you before it takes a single live call.
A discovery session first. We capture your real hours, services, prices, service area and the rules for what gets booked, what gets quoted and what goes to a person.
An agent that answers in your business’s name and handles the questions callers ask most.
Booking straight onto your calendar, or a clean quote request with the caller’s name, number, address and what they need.
A handoff that works: a warm transfer, or a text to the person on call, any time the agent can’t help or the caller asks for a human.
Every call logged in your CRM with an outcome, so nothing lives only in a voicemail box.
Transcripts reviewed weekly for the first month, then tuned every month after that.
Tested with you before it goes live. You hear exactly what your callers will hear.
What a caller hears
An after-hours call for a made-up repair shop. Yours uses your hours, services and prices.
Booked: Saturday, 10 AM, oil change
Check engine light. Owner to call back.
Name and number saved

Set up and kept up on Long Island
The software is easy to buy. Getting it to work for your business is the hard part, and that’s the part we do.
We set it up
Discovery, scripts, booking rules, handoff numbers and the CRM connection, done for you.
We test it with you
Nothing goes live until you’ve heard it handle the calls your business actually gets.
We keep tuning it
Weekly reviews in month one, monthly after that, plus updates when your hours or prices change.
An AI receptionist doesn’t fix hiring. It covers the phone while you work on it. And staffing is a real squeeze here: 40% of Long Island CEOs say there isn’t an ample supply of trained local workers.Source: PKF O’Connor Davies, Long Island Economic Survey, 2025

Short answers. No hype.
How much should an AI receptionist cost?
It depends on your call volume, what the agent needs to do (answer questions, book appointments, take quote details, transfer calls) and whether it connects to a CRM. Do-it-yourself software is cheap, but you set it up and fix it yourself. With us, you pay for a setup built around your business and for the ongoing tuning that keeps it working. We quote after a short call, once we know how your phone actually rings.
Is AI replacing receptionists?
Not the way we set it up. It covers the calls nobody is there to take: after hours, weekends, lunch, and the rush when every line rings at once. Anything that needs a person still goes to a person.
Are AI receptionists in demand?
Interest is climbing, but most small businesses haven’t set one up yet. The U.S. Census Bureau found overall AI use by businesses between 17% and 20% from December 2025 to May 2026, with little change among firms under 20 employees. The gap usually isn’t interest. It’s setup.
Is an AI receptionist worth it?
It’s worth it if missed calls are costing you jobs. Count the calls that went to voicemail last week, then think about what one new customer is worth to you. If a person always answers your phone, you may not need one.
Can I get AI to answer my calls?
Yes. In most setups you keep your current number and forward calls to the agent when you don’t pick up, after hours, or both. You choose when it answers.
Does it tell callers it’s an AI?
That’s your call, unless the law requires it. Either way, we test it with you before it takes a live call. If calls are recorded, the agent says so at the start of the call.
Do you offer an AI answering service on Long Island?
Yes. AI receptionist, AI answering service, virtual receptionist: different names, same job. We set it up for businesses across Nassau and Suffolk, connect it to your CRM, and keep it tuned.
